The floor plan was carefully designed around the site’s best trees, while the old stone perimeter wall creates a private courtyard. The home features clean lines and repeating Scandinavian arch roof forms.
The exterior materials—light cream ledge stone veneer, white stucco, hemlock wood siding, black metal roofing, and black windows—offer a striking yet warm contrast.
Inside, the design blends modern and transitional styles, with stone elements and brass accents adding elegance.
