Here’s an example of an exterior project that showcases our process and workflow. We used this approach to create a 3D exterior rendering, and we'll apply a similar process to internal renders, 2D color floor plans, and 3D floor plans.

3d Architecture Rendering workflow
Step 1 - Files Required
We require your detailed AutoCAD drawings(site plan, floor plans, elevations, and roof plan in .dwg format) or 3D model(Revit/3dMax/AutoCAD/SketchUp).
Please provide site photos, reference images, and relevant details to ensure accuracy. The more information we have, the closer the initial draft will match your design, minimizing revisions and speeding up production.
We'll also need the approximate location or viewpoint to set up camera angles. Indicate the camera's position on the site plan for exteriors or the floor plan for interiors, or save the camera in the 3D model.
The standard final image size is 4000 x 3000 pixels, suitable for web, brochures, and small signboards. If you need larger images for billboards, please provide the dimensions, pixels, and DPI required or consult your printing company. Note that size limitations may apply based on project features.
Step 2 - 3D Model Creation | Model stage
We create the 3D model from the supplied information and set up multiple viewpoints for your selection.
At this stage, the focus is on the model, camera angles, and view frame. After sending the draft, please select your preferred viewpoint and indicate any needed changes.
We will revise and resend the model with the selected viewpoint until it meets your accuracy requirements. Based on complexity, significant changes or modifications to your plan may incur additional costs.

Step 3 - Materials, Lighting & Landscape | Rendering stage
Once you choose the viewpoint and finalize the 3d model, we apply colors, materials, lighting, and landscape to the image.
In this phase, we need your selected primary colors and materials. We will provide draft renderings for review. After receiving the draft, you can request modifications, and we will revise and resend it until you are satisfied.
Note that our pricing includes up to three round modifications. Additional changes may incur extra charges. Each project is unique, and adjustments are made accordingly.

Step 4 - Post Work
Once colors and materials are finalized, we proceed with the final 4000x3000 pixel rendering. No further modifications to the model, colors, or materials are allowed post-rendering; any new changes will incur additional costs.
The final rendering is enhanced in Photoshop with real-life photos for backgrounds, details, and landscaping. We have an extensive library for most plants and trees, but let us know if you need people added.
Final changes to people and additional elements can be made post-rendering, with potential extra costs. Please inform us upfront if a higher resolution is required.
"This 3d Architecture Rendering workflow may appear complex, but it's quite straightforward, and you'll be guided through each step. Much of the work happens behind the scenes to ensure a smooth experience."
