  • What Details Do You Need for a Quote?
Project name. Project's location on Google Maps. Scope of work: Are you still looking for rendering or walkthrough video? For still rendering: The price varies for aerial, semi-aerial, and human perspectives. Please provide the quantity for each. For animation: What is the total duration of the walkthrough required, and what resolution do you need—2K or 4K? Please specify the mood/time of day needed for the views: daytime, dusk, or night. Please inform us of the project's timeframe. Our default final image resolution is 5K, 300 dpi. If you need a higher resolution, please let us know.
  • Starting a New Project: What Information Is Required?
When sending the 3D model, please also provide the following details: Project name. Project location on Google Maps. High-resolution images for each material/texture separately. Specific information for the furniture in the interior renderings. The preferred mood/time of day for each view (daytime, dusk, or night). If the 3D model is created in Revit, please export the .FBX file for each view. For example, if there are 3 views, you should provide 3 FBX files.
  • Workflow Overview: How Do You Approach Projects?
Step 1: Modeling Stage (1-1.5 weeks, including time for comments) We will provide black-and-white drafts for review to confirm the model's accuracy and camera angle. Step 2: Rendering Stage (1-1.5 weeks, including time for comments) We will provide low-resolution color drafts (2K) to confirm lighting, material, color, and rendering quality. The client will have 2-3 opportunities to view and comment on these stages. Please avoid significant changes during this phase, as additional costs and delivery extensions may apply. Major changes include: a. Major design alterations during the modeling stage. b. Changes to the design, mood, or camera angle during the rendering phase. Step 3: Final Rendering High-resolution (5K, 300 dpi, JPEG) renders will be produced once the rendering is approved.
